TESG Inspections

Total Essential Services Group audit the contractors documents to ensure that the contractors are carrying out the specified maintenance requirements as prescribed by the relevant Australian Standards of the Building Commission Essential Safety Measures Maintenance Manual and/or Practice Note 23.

In addition to the above Total Essential Services Group will carry out inspections to all Passive elements of your building.

If all documents are in accordance with the relevant Standards, Total Essential Services Group will issue the AESMR stating that the building is in accordance with the Essential Safety Measures Requirements of the Building Regulations.

Total Essential Services Group will identify any non compliance within our reports and inform the client if contractors fail to achieve their contractural responsibilities.

All sites and buildings have individual reports; any non compliance reported will be highlighted to the client.
