Total Essential Services Group wll undertake 3 monthly (quarterly) inspections of both your Paths of Travel to Means of Egress and a Contractor Audit report, to ensure that your contractors are meeting the requirements of the Occupancy Permit so as to satisfy your annual compliance.

This will allow the site to ensure on-going compliance be achieved within specified time limits.

- Egress
- Fire Control Systems
- Fire command and detection system
- Fire isolation
- Lifts
- Lighting
- Mechanical Services
